“When you register to the service SELFBLUE, you are entrusting us with your personal data. We are aware of this responsibility and we want to inform you and reassured on the protection of this data. The information we will give you is compliant with the provisions of article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”.

We want from you only the data strictly necessary to provide our services effectively and safely. Only if you give us your explicit consent we will collect and process your data. In the absence of this consent we can not let you use SEFLBLUE.



Information we collect as you use SELFBLUE


Data provided by you
When you register for the SELFBLUE service, you provide some personal data such as name, surname, date of birth, gender. Also, you provide your email address that is used to uniquely identify you as a service user and to send you the email with the link to confirm your subscription. In addition, by providing your email we allow you to recover your password if you forget it.


Data that we collect during use
When using SELFBLUE, we collect unique identifiers (such as the IMEI of the device on which SEFLBLUE is installed), device model, operating system used, language set.
We also collect data relating to your activities, such as by way of example, purchases and wallet recharges made, users to whom you send (or receive) a credit. These data are associated with the date and time when the activities were performed.


Cookies
Our SELFBLUE app does not use cookies of any kind.


Your location information
We do not collect data relating to your position directly. We can indirectly trace the place where you are only when you make a consumption on a specific vending machine whose geographical position is known.
Use of the GPS may be necessary because on some phone models Bluetooth devices are only visible if the cell phone's GPS is also turned on. In any case we do not store the data provided by the GPS.



Data relating to credit cards and other electronic payment systems
When you use credit cards, PayPal and other electronic payment systems to recharge your wallet, we do not collect or store your data.



How we use your data


Provide our services
We use your data to deliver the services contained in the SEFLBLUE app, such as payments and recharges of the wallet. We also use them to offer you personalized services such as promotions sent by the vending operator.


Managing security
We use your data to manage the security of transactions and the protection of your wallet. For example, data such as the unique identifier and the phone model are used to make sure that it is you who use the service and not others who have obtained your credentials fraudulently.


Communicate with you
We may use your email address to notify you of some malfunctions or some alarms when, for example, we discover some suspicious activity related to your wallet.



User profile and automatic decision-making process
To provide you with effective and personalized services we process your data to obtain a profile and to make automatic decisions. These elaborations are exclusively for promotional purposes.


Profiling
We use the data collected to build your own user profile. This profile will be visible from the vending operator of which you use the vending machines. Thanks to your user profile we can offer you personalized services and promotions.


Automatic decision-making processes
We use automatic algorithms to send promotions and to offer you useful tips about the service.



When Peachwire shares your data
The data we collect are not shared with other parties outside Peachwire Srl. With the following exception:

Vending operator
We put your data at the disposal of the vending operator of which you use the vending machines. When you accept these privacy rules, you also give us consent to share your data with the vending operator.
We share your data with the vending operator so that you can receive promotions from him, so that the operator can improve his service, so that you can communicate with him through the SEFLBLUE app.



Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent you have expressed to the use of your data for the purposes we have previously exposed to you.


Withdrawal of consent to processing
At any time, you can withdraw consent to the processing. Simply delete yourself from the SEFLBLUE service directly from the user app. Your data will be made anonymous, with no more reference to the name, surname and email address.
